Construction at Shawmut’s new facility in Elmsdale, NS is underway! The location’s foundation, slab, site work, fence and underground utilities are scheduled to be completed by November 2017. Construction of the building will resume in the Spring to complete the remaining work by the Fall of 2018.
The facility will provide three large repair bays equipped with up-to-date diagnostic equipment for our service department to quickly and efficiently get our customer’s cranes up and running.
The new building will serve as Shawmut Equipment of Canada’s headquarters for the Maritime provinces of Canada. The centralized location will offer quicker service response times and expedited parts shipments for our expanding customer base in Nova Scotia and the Atlantic provinces of Canada
We will also continue to serve our customers from our Saint John, New Brunswick location.
