"We've been in partnership with Shawmut since 1986," said Ben Keeley of Keeley Crane Service. "We purchased our first crane from them. Our relationship with them over the years has allowed us to grow. We work seven days a week and when a crane is not operational we know Shawmut will be there to assist us in getting it back working so we can keep our customers happy."

All Shawmut Equipment's technicians are members of the International Union of Operating Engineers. They regularly attend training at factory schools and are trained specifically on the equipment they service.

Alan Hunter, Director of Service Operations at Shawmut Equipment, discussed our technician training practices. "Our technicians attend at least two weeks of training per year. It's important we do our best to always have multiple technicians working towards different brand certifications at all times. We also try and gauge the equipment coming in to determine what brand paths we are sending our technicians to training for."
