It is an exciting time to be a part of this new Manitowoc. Not only do we have the opportunity to present a new face to the world, we have the chance to completely revitalize our own culture. Our goal is to establish The Manitowoc Way – a culture that is driven by innovation and velocity in every aspect of the business.
The mission is clear: to continuously improve economic value for our shareholders. We will accomplish this through an intensified Customer Focus that delivers the cranes and services our customers depend on to succeed. We will provide them with exactly what they need and want from Manitowoc Cranes.
